At itrinity, we strive to become even more data-driven company. Therefore we want to:
- measure and evaluate every marketing activity and channel,
- have real-time view into the most important KPIs,
- evaluate newly deployed product features (and throw them away if they fail to get the expected usage),
- perform and evaluate a LOT of A/B tests (pricing pages, motivators / upsells, onboarding flow, emailing, PPC landings),
- be able to spot interesting correlations in our data & better understand our customers - how they use our products and what motivates them to pay more,

Must have
- Data Collection & Storage: hands-on experience with analytical/tracking/data stack from Google (GA, UA, GA4, Tag Manager, Google Ads, eCommerce Tracking).
- analysis and organisation of raw data,
- building data systems and pipelines,
- identifying opportunities for data acquisition,
- combining raw information from different sources,
- exploring ways to enhance data quality and reliability,
- setting up all the necessary tracking pixels,
- setting up & maintaining basic GTM/GA events,
- You will understand and optimize what kind of data we actually collect and what are their limitations.
- Data analysis: Strong hands-on experience with SQL + BigQuery dialect
- Understanding and ability to compute SaaS metrics like ROI, PNO, ROAS, CAC, CPA, etc.
- Ability to comprehend complex data schemes and product specifics.
- You will define & implement the best way to query the data for the various insights/reports we need - given the specific structure and limitations of our data.
- Data Presentation: hands-on experience Google Data Studio or other real-time data-presentation.
- You will implement, maintain and extend a set of prepared real-time reports across our products.
- Soft skills:
- Ability to take responsibility and own your decisions, while being open to make mistakes and learn from them.
- Ability to self-manage and organise - many of your tasks will be your own agenda.
- Ability to say “I don’t know”, being open-minded and eager to learn.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python, R for advanced data processing / segmentation.
- Experience with AI/ML for predictive modelling.
- Data engineering certification (e.g IBM Certified Data Engineer).
