As part of the Finance team, the Financial Controller plays a crucial role. You will also be responsible for building new financial reports and providing data support for in-depth analysis of business problems and opportunities. Additionally, you will have the chance to work closely with the senior leadership team, influencing key executive-level decisions. 💚

📝 Role requirements:

• At least 3+ experience in the position as Controlling or another similar job roles.
• Practical experience in operating a company, ideally in a startup or e-commerce company.
• Knowledge of change management implementation.
• Analytical skills, structured thinking, strategic mindset.
• Ability to handle and dive into details (at the beginning, you will deal with the entrusted company's low finance matters).
• Proactivity, ability to propose and implement change.
