Serious mistake

Happens when the real damage occurs, like a service outage or significant decrease in its quality, overspending money, reputation issue, etc.

What to do when you make a serious mistake

• Inform your boss or share it publicly on Slack. We don't tolerate if you try to hide it.
• You have to make a conclusion on how to prevent such a situation from happening in the future and make steps toward it. Feel free to ask a colleague for help or open this question during a meeting.
• We don't tolerate if the same mistake happens again when it could have been (easily) prevented.
