Skill and mindset requirements
We are searching for an experienced and self-driven Head of Marketing to join our marketing team! As a head of marketing, you will mainly be responsible for developing and implementing new marketing strategies and lead our marketing team for specific products by example.
Must have
- At least 5 years of experience with core marketing areas, such as Performance, SEO & Content, Email, Behavioral, Social, etc. in detail to lead your team by and with hands on approach.
- Extensive skills in using Google Analytics, Google Adwords and data analytics tools.
- Ability to measure and evaluate all marketing activities on weekly/monthly basis, plan next activities based on results.
- Agile way of thinking, step-by-step implementation, fast and small steps, checking the results, improving if it makes sense.
- Profit driven thinking, invest into the activities which will have the biggest impact on EBITDA for our portfolio.
- Ability to perform business / marketing analyses with internal data (SQL knowledge is advantage).
- Extensive understanding of e-mail marketing and hands on experience with running e-mail marketing campaigns via multiple platforms
- Extensive (expert level) experience in performance marketing, as it is crucial for our products.
- Be smart, creative, full of ambition and have strong analytical mindset.
- Very good written English (B2).
